Our goal is to source the highest quality ingredients while at the same time being conscientious about affordability. We always use organic, free range eggs (sometimes from our own chickens), our waffle and pancake mixes, biscuits, muffins and cookies are scratch made with mostly organic ingredients. We make everything in house including sauces, dressings, soup, & chili.

Our omelets are made with 3 eggs and served with toast and a side of your choice of jalapeno cheese grits or potatoes. (Substitute tofu for eggs).

Scrambled eggs, Tillamook cheddar cheese and choice of bacon, Soyrizo, or veggie sausage, wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla and served with avocado, salsa and sour cream.

ALL-AMERICAN  
3 eggs any style, served with toast and a side of your choice of jalapeno cheese grits or potatoes.

*MIGAS 
Soyrizo and Jalapeno scrambled in eggs with tortilla chips and Tillamook cheddar cheese.  Topped with salsa, sour cream and avocado.

BISCUITS AND GRAVY 
2 scratch made  buttermilk biscuits smothered in our house made gravy
(choice of spicy gluten free gravy or classic gravy)

BREAKFAST SANDWICH 
Eggs w/spinach, choice of cheese (Swiss, cheddar, provolone or pepper jack), with bacon or veggie sausage on a bagel or English muffin (gluten free option available)
