Our goal is to source the highest quality ingredients from local vendors while at the same time being conscientious about affordability. We always use organic, free range eggs (sometimes from our own chickens), our waffle and pancake mixes, biscuits, and cookies are scratch made with mostly organic ingredients. We make everything in house including sauces, dressings, soup, & chili.
